After a burglary, I called Kirkes to address our home security needs. They listed everything we needed from the very start, unlike other companies. I went into the project knowing exactly what I was getting as well as the final cost. Since then, I’ve emailed Kirkes a few times in the evening and on weekends and they responds immediately. A few weeks ago a battery on one of my windows was going out and there was a constant beeping sound. This was at 10 pm on a Saturday night. They were able to walk me through how to disarm that particular window and came out on Monday to replace the battery. Their service holds up against any other company and continues long after the original installation. I would recommend Kirkes Electric to anyone looking for an alarm system or a smart home.
